# Privacy Policy — Garmin Loyalty Cards

## Overview

Garmin Loyalty Cards ("the App") is a loyalty card manager for Android phones and Garmin watches. We take your privacy seriously: your card data stays on your device.

## Data Collection

### What we collect
- **Nothing.** The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

### What stays on your device
- Loyalty card names, barcode values, photos, and notes
- Location data (GPS coordinates) used exclusively for on-device card sorting
- App preferences and settings

### Ads (Free version only)
The free version displays interstitial ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Device advertising ID (can be reset or disabled in device settings)
- Approximate location (for ad personalization, if permitted)
- Device and app interaction data

We configure ads as **non-personalized by default** (`npa=1`). Google's privacy policy applies to ad-related data: https://policies.google.com/privacy

### Google Play Billing
If you purchase Premium, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.

### Garmin Connect IQ
The watch companion app communicates with your phone only via the official Garmin Connect IQ SDK (Bluetooth). No data is sent to external servers.

## Data Storage
- All card data is stored locally on your Android device (SQLite database) and/or Garmin watch (Application.Storage).
- Backup/export files are created locally and saved where you choose.
